Website reading software like ChromeVox, which is an addon extension to the chrome website browser can help. There are also other website readers that work with a computers operating system (OS) that provide more universal coverage outside of website browsing.

Closed Captioning
Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard of hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments. Julie A. Phillips
DDS, MS

Dr. Julie Phillips has provided prosthodontic care to patients in the triad for over 20 years. Dr. Phillips has developed her practice to include all aspects of restorative treatment from crowns and bridges, cosmetic veneer cases, conventional partials and dentures, and implant restorations for single tooth or complete full arch restorations. Her main goal is to treat patients as individuals and to work with them to find the best solution for their unique dental situation. She has wanted to be a dentist as long as she can remember, and continues to love it every day.
