What is our financial policy? The fee for your initial evaluation includes all procedures performed at this appointment and is due at the time of your initial appointment. While making your first appointment with our office, we will be happy to provide you with an estimate for your particular needs.Following your treatment discussion, we will prepare a proposal which will include the estimated fees for the treatment option you select. We will also include a treatment cost worksheet to aid you in tracking the cost of your dental investment, including adjunctive services provided by other specialists. Once you decide which treatment option is best for you, we can help you decide on a financial arrangement that best suits your needs. As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file an insurance claim to your dental insurance company so they may reimburse you directly.
