Floss, brush, and rinse as normal

Apply MI Paste in trays

Let sit on your teeth for 3 minutes, remove trays, then expectorate - DO NOT RINSE!

Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking

This can be done at any time of day, but best to do at bedtime!
